Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
• Effective communication to guests and teammates
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to deliver top‑notch quality work and guest experience
• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles
• Keep the service center clean and presentable
• Mentor junior and mid‑level technicians
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates
• Ensure correct tire pressure and fluid levels
• Complete vehicle inspections and document work
• Report safety issues to management
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
• Perform various manual tasks including lifting and bending as required
