Team Car Care in Torrance, CA is seeking a General Service Technician (GST) in an entry-level role. You will service guests' vehicles with a focus on quality work and guest experience, and participate in our training program to gain certification that prepares you for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Excellent communication with guests and teammates; strong work ethic and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
