Team Car Care West, LLC (US) seeks a General Service Technician to professionally service guest vehicles. You will receive certified training and opportunities for career advancement while contributing to guest satisfaction and service center standards.

You will work in a dynamic environment, supporting teammates, maintaining safety, and handling tasks from oil changes to fluid checks with focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; dependable and a team player.
• Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedures.
• Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
• Commitment to safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure top-quality work and guest experience.
• Follow training program to receive certification in all offered services.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates; confirm tire pressure.
• Inspect and refill fluids; complete vehicle inspections as needed.
• Install new oil drain plug and oil filter; document all work on repair orders.
• Report safety issues to management and maintain policy adherence.
• Perform various manual tasks including lifting and operating in varying conditions.
