Team Car Care in Yelm, WA is hiring a General Service Technician. You will begin in an entry-level role, learn through our training program, and service guest vehicles to ensure top-quality work and a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver guest care on time and accurately.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior and mid-level technicians.
• Check and communicate oil levels to teammates.
