Team Car Care is seeking a General Service Technician in Stanwood, WA to service guest vehicles and uphold high quality standards. You will be trained in our program to gain certification across offered services and contribute to a positive guest experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to safety protocols. A flexible schedule including some weekends is possible, with full-time hours and employee benefits.

Formación

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience in any setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Previous automotive experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with oil changes, tire inflation, and fluid checks.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and communicate findings.
• Keep the service area clean and presentable at all times.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
