Background: Elevator Industry – team is implementing Salesforce as an ERP, so there is a lot of change in the office and throughout the company. Experience leading change management would be helpful; knowledge of the market would be helpful.

Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 + target incentive 35% based on team and company performance.

$130,000 – $160,000 per year

Responsibilities and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years previous sales experience and minimum of 2 years Sales Manager experience.
• Sales management experience to include: personnel management, experience forecasting, driving results.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid Driver's license and ability to drive throughout the Bay Area.
• Motivated to succeed and able to lead/inspire sales reps.
• Detail‑oriented; contract experience; able to drive accountability.
• Takes ownership of sales process from a managerial perspective.
• Strategic mindset focused on exceeding goals (margins, cancellations, profitability).
