Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice and be licensed to provide patient care.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop plans of care.
• Implement and coordinate nursing care with the healthcare team.
• Document patient status and care provided in the medical record.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Ensure safe, effective care with adherence to policies and standards.
• Participate in patient and family education and discharge planning.
