Job summary

Banner Health’s Surgical Progressive Care Unit in Phoenix seeks experienced PCU Registered Nurses. You will care for a diverse patient population, including vascular and cardiac cases, with opportunities to advance through our Nursing Clinical Ladder.

We offer a $10K sign-on for eligible nurses, 3 12-hour day shifts per week, weekend/holiday rotation, and competitive benefits. Magnet-recognized care in a teaching hospital environment supports ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care, PCU or telemetry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan individualized nursing care.
• Implement and coordinate nursing interventions per physician orders.
• Document assessment data, care provided and patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Support patient and family education and discharge planning.
