You will drive team development, onboarding and coaching while ensuring store standards and customer satisfaction, and you will oversee operations and financial results, including budgeting, scheduling, and safety compliance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 4 years in retail or customer service with progressive leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with team members to provide onboarding, training and development, coaching and feedback.
• Identify talent and discuss career progression to support staffing and leadership pipelines.
• Maintain Meijer standards and enable growth within the organization.
• Oversee area operations and financial results to maximize sales and productivity, owning budget line items in the P&L.
• Drive safety and compliance and manage store condition and procedures.
• Guide team leads with daily work assignments and training needs.
