You will coach Leads and Team Members, oversee onboarding, training, and succession planning, and ensure safety, scheduling, and P&L accountability with a focus on customer experience and productivity. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least 4 years in retail leadership, with strong financial acumen and talent development
