Responsibilities

• Participate in department scheduling to improve engagement, service, and profitability.
• Ensure product freshness and proper dating, rotation, and displays.
• Operate registers and cash handling when needed and work with equipment as applicable.
• Support training of new team members and cross-training of high-potential staff.
• Contribute to a diverse, inclusive workplace and Meijer culture.
