Eurest is seeking a seasoned General Manager to serve as a strategic operational leader with end-to-end P&L ownership across workplace dining and café locations in Claude, TX. You will lead high-performing teams, drive guest satisfaction, and scale non-traditional dining/workspace solutions while partnering with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive food service management experience, with multi-unit/high-volume background.
• Proven track record in financial management, P&L accountability, and budget optimization.
• Tech-savvy with modern workspace tools, data analytics, and digital platforms.
• Exceptional leadership, emotional intelligence, and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sustainable food practices and elevating workplace experiences.

Responsibilities

• Operational & Financial Ownership: Direct all day-to-day café operations, P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Innovative Hospitality & Culinary Integration: Partner with culinary, nutrition, and marketing teams to launch modern dining concepts.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with procurement, risk management, culinary, and people operations to support goals.
• Talent & Culture Leadership: Lead HR functions including talent acquisition, development, coaching, and counseling.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce food safety, workplace security, and regulatory compliance.
• Communication & Responsiveness: Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, leadership, and guests.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business Management, or equivalent professional experience
