Job summary

Eurest in Dallas, TX is seeking an energetic Café Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced cafe and retail operation, develop a talented team, and drive exceptional customer experiences in corporate dining settings.

You will oversee daily operations, staff hiring and training, budget planning, vendor relations, and program rollouts with marketing and culinary teams, while upholding sanitation, safety, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in food service operations
• Knowledge of retail, food and catering trends
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• ServSafe Certified

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative and operational tasks
• Handles all aspects of staff management
• Manages all financials including budget development, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Maintains knowledge of the marketplace and trends
• Manages cost controls and control expenditures for the account
• Oversees sanitation and safety of assigned unit(s)
• Purchases and manages inventory
• Rolls out new culinary programs with Marketing and Culinary teams
• Acts as the direct liaison with the client
