Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Fine Dining Operations Director to serve as the primary client liaison for a premium location and to lead the site team. The role demands a strong background in fine dining management, exceptional leadership, and a commitment to outstanding guest experiences.

You will own the financial results, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with quality standards and policies while mentoring staff and maintaining client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of management experience.
• 5+ years of fine dining operations leadership experience (hotel/restaurant/multi-unit).
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective problem solving and conflict management skills.
• Exceptional business etiquette and client relations.
• Proven track record in personnel management, hiring, supervision, evaluation and succession planning.
• Ability to multi-task and stay focused with interruptions.
• Experience in food purchasing, costs and inventory control; HACCP knowledge.
• Compliance with health, safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team at a large account to deliver elevated client guests' experience.
• Oversees daily FOH and BOH operations, including a fine dining restaurant.
• Provides attentive service, anticipates guest needs, and addresses concerns promptly.
• Ensures program standards are implemented and meet expectations.
• Drives performance, profitability, safety and employee engagement with the client.
