Job summary

Milk & Honey by Thompson Restaurants is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead the restaurant and bring our brand to life daily. You will own the day-to-day operations, drive sales and profitability, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

You will be visible on the floor, coach and motivate staff, ensure exceptional guest service, and uphold health and quality standards while working 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
