Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, uphold Core Values, and drive a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members. You will manage all aspects of the restaurant, build a strong team, and ensure excellent food and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Exempt management position; 50 hours per week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team to provide great food and a friendly experience.

• Lead and coach team members to deliver fast, safe, and quality food and service.
