Job summary

Border Foods, a leading Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a General Manager to run the full restaurant operation in Minnesota. You’ll lead a team, drive sales, manage the P&L, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. The role rewards performance with top pay and a substantial bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays; 50+ hours/week.
• ServeSafe Certified; must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and friendly service.
• Uphold Border Foods core values and maintain health, safety and cash-handling standards.
• Schedule effectively and manage labor to meet business needs.
• Ensure customer experiences are safe, welcoming and high quality.
