Cenvar is seeking a General Manager Trainee to grow into the operational leader and cultural driver of the future branch. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a sales or customer service-oriented role.
• Strong sales mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven dependability and strong work ethic.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a servant leadership mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (insurable under company policy).
• Experience in construction or roofing industry management (preferred).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service to drive new business and brand loyalty.
• Manage your sales schedule and partner with Remote Sales Representatives to achieve revenue goals.
• Present Cenvar's products, services, and scope of work to potential customers.
• Utilize CRM systems to track jobs, maintain documentation, and ensure process compliance.
• Schedule and manage jobs for both in-house crews and subcontractors, ensuring top-quality work.
• Oversee job sites and crews to ensure safety, efficiency, and protection of customer property.
• Monitor project progress and ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from start to finish.
• Complete administrative tasks including expense reports, payroll, invoicing, and warranty registrations.
• Set performance expectations and hold team members accountable to company standards.
• Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings.
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and positivity at all times.
