Cenvar Roofing & Exteriors in Altoona, PA, is seeking a General Manager Trainee to grow into an operational leader overseeing branch performance and customer experience. You will partner with Remote Sales Representatives, manage crews, and drive revenue while learning every facet of the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Strong sales mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

• Proven dependability and strong work ethic.
• Positive, energetic servant leadership mindset.

• Utilize CRM systems to track jobs, maintain documentation, and ensure process compliance.
• Schedule and manage jobs for both in-house crews and subcontractors, ensuring top-quality work.
• Oversee job sites and crews to ensure safety, efficiency, and protection of customer property.
• Monitor project progress and ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from start to finish.
• Complete administrative tasks including expense reports, payroll, invoicing, and warranty registrations.
• Set performance expectations and hold team members accountable to company standards.
• Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings.
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and positivity at all times.
