Cenvar is seeking a General Manager Trainee to grow into the operational leader and cultural driver of the future branch. • Experience in construction or roofing industry management (preferred).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service to drive new business and brand loyalty.
• Manage your sales schedule and partner with Remote Sales Representatives to achieve revenue goals.
• Present Cenvar's products, services, and scope of work to potential customers.
• Utilize CRM systems to track jobs, maintain documentation, and ensure process compliance.
• Schedule and manage jobs for both in-house crews and subcontractors, ensuring top-quality work.
• Oversee job sites and crews to ensure safety, efficiency, and protection of customer property.
• Monitor project progress and ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from start to finish.
• Complete administrative tasks including expense reports, payroll, invoicing, and warranty registrations.
• Set performance expectations and hold team members accountable to company standards.
• Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings.
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and positivity at all times.

You will work closely with your Regional Manager and partner with Remote Sales Representatives to drive revenue, manage crews, and deliver exceptional project outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be expected to learn the roofing process end-to-end while actively contributing to the success of your branch. You will set the tone for performance, accountability, and customer experience, all while developing the leadership skills necessary to step into a General Manager position.
