Cenvar Roofing & Exteriors is hiring a General Manager Trainee in Altoona, PA. You will be developed into the operations leader for your branch, overseeing sales, production, and team leadership to drive revenue and high-quality outcomes.

This hands-on role requires a growth mindset, strong customer focus, and the ability to coordinate with Remote Sales Representatives, crews, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional project results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in sales or customer-service roles
• Strong sales mindset and commitment to outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven dependability and strong work ethic
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Valid driver's license with clean record and insurability
• Experience in roofing/construction management preferred

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and drive new business
• Manage sales schedule and coordinate with Remote Sales Representatives
• Present Cenvar’s products, services, and scope of work to prospects
• Use CRM to track jobs, documentation, and process adherence
• Schedule and manage jobs for in-house crews and subcontractors
• Oversee job sites and crews for safety and quality
• Monitor progress to ensure a positive customer experience
• Handle administrative tasks (expenses, payroll, invoicing, warranties)
• Set performance expectations and uphold company standards
• Attend weekly team meetings and represent the company professionally
