Cenvar Roofing & Solar is seeking a General Manager Trainee to grow into the operational leader of a future branch. You will learn every aspect of the business—from sales and customer experience to production and team leadership—and work with the Regional Manager and Remote Sales Representatives to drive revenue and safety across projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, customer care, and a focus on performance standards while developing skills to step into a General Manager position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Strong sales mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable record.
• Experience in construction or roofing management preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service to drive new business and brand loyalty.
• Manage your sales schedule and partner with Remote Sales Representatives to achieve revenue goals.
• Present Cenvar's products, services, and scope of work to potential customers.
• Utilize CRM systems to track jobs, maintain documentation, and ensure process compliance.
• Schedule and manage jobs for in-house crews and subcontractors, ensuring top-quality work.
• Oversee job sites and crews to ensure safety, efficiency, and protection of customer property.
• Monitor project progress and ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from start to finish.
• Complete administrative tasks including expense reports, payroll, invoicing, and warranty registrations.
• Set performance expectations and hold team members accountable to company standards.
• Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings.
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and positivity at all times.
