Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in sales or customer-service roles
• Strong sales mindset and commitment to outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven dependability and strong work ethic
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Valid driver's license with clean record and insurability
• Experience in roofing/construction management preferred

About the role

As a General Manager Trainee, you are being developed into the operational leader and cultural driver of your future branch. This role is designed for ambitious, growth-minded individuals who are eager to learn every aspect of the business—from sales and customer experience to production and team leadership. You will work closely with your Regional Manager and partner with Remote Sales Representatives to drive revenue, manage crews, and deliver exceptional project outcomes. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will be expected to learn the roofing process end-to-end while actively contributing to the success of your branch. You will set the tone for performance, accountability, and customer experience, all while developing the leadership skills necessary to step into a General Manager position. What you'll do

• Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service to drive new business and brand loyalty
• Manage your sales schedule and partner with Remote Sales Representatives to achieve revenue goals
• Present Cenvar’s products, services, and scope of work to potential customers
• Utilize CRM systems to track jobs, maintain documentation, and ensure process compliance
• Schedule and manage jobs for both in-house crews and subcontractors, ensuring top-quality work
• Oversee job sites and crews to ensure safety, efficiency, and protection of customer property
• Monitor project progress and ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from start to finish
• Complete administrative tasks including expense reports, payroll, invoicing, and warranty registrations
• Set performance expectations and hold team members accountable to company standards
• Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and positivity at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a sales or customer service-oriented role
• Strong sales mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven dependability and strong work ethic
• Positive, energetic attitude with a servant leadership mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (insurable under company policy)
• A background check free of felony convictions
• Experience in construction or roofing industry management (preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
