Mission Linen Supply is seeking an accomplished General Manager Trainee to leverage extensive leadership experience in a new industry. You will undergo a 30-week structured program designed to prepare you to run a location, with rotations, senior support, and development workshops.

You are not expected to know the industry initially; this program builds the path to General Manager and other leadership roles through a proven training track. Relocation is a required expectation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience.
• Proven track record in building and executing sales strategies that grow revenue and profitability.
• Experience owning P&L and monitoring KPIs in labor, inventory, and costs.
• History of improving efficiency and expanding market share.
• Strong leadership in hiring and developing teams; customer-focused.
• Willing to relocate for career advancement.
• College degree preferred; military experience valued.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn a new industry.
