Border Foods LLC seeks a General Manager in Red Wing, MN to lead restaurant operations, drive food quality, service excellence, and guest experience while managing costs and labor for profitability.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in restaurant/retail leadership, strong hiring and training skills, ServeSafe certification, and willingness to work 50+ hours weekly, including some weekends. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• ServeSafe certified.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and a friendly experience.
• Schedule and deploy the Team correctly and monitor performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards and compliance with laws.
• Maintain POS system and verify pricing/menu updates.
• Handle guest complaints and maintain exceptional customer service.
