Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years restaurant/retail experience.
• Experience with sales, P&L, recruiting and training.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• ServeSafe certification.
• 18+ with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and build a strong team.
• Ensure fast, friendly service and quality food.
• Manage scheduling, labor, and inventory.
