Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ServeSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and manage a strong team.
• Drive fast, friendly service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local laws; manage cash handling and POS systems.
