Caribou Coffee is hiring a General Manager in Minnesota to lead both the store and the Caribou ‘Bou Truck mobile unit. You will drive sales growth, manage staff, ensure top-tier guest experiences, and uphold food-safety standards.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and coaching to build a high-performing team while maintaining operational excellence across all channels and events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience.
• Willingness to work full-time (47 hours/week) and to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Staff the store for upcoming shifts and maintain up-to-date schedules.
• Lead store operations, guest experience, and daily performance metrics.
• Drive sales, profitability, and inventory management with a focus on quality and safety.
• Oversee the Caribou Truck mobile unit staffing, events, and performance.
