Caribou Coffee is seeking a General Manager in Minnesota to lead store performance, team engagement, and guest satisfaction. You will drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure operational excellence while upholding food safety and brand standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in management, 18+, transportation, and willingness to work 47 hours weekly including weekends and holidays. ServSafe preferred; multiple store systems familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work full-time (47 hours per week), including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: ServSafe certification or ability to receive within 90 days.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruitment, and training.
• Familiarity with store systems including Toast, CrunchTime, GoSpotCheck, EcoSure, TeamworX, Medallia, Workday, Beekeeper, etc.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts and schedules are up to date.
• Develop creative team engagement strategies and foster internal growth.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members.
• Lead guest experience initiatives and resolve related issues promptly.
• Drive store performance by increasing sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Manage inventory, schedules, and adherence to budgeting and food safety standards.
