The role emphasizes full P&L accountability, driving revenue, EBITDA, margins, and labor productivity, while partnering with commercial teams to improve customer retention and service delivery. Open to relocation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in solid waste hauling operations.
• Hands-on management of frontline hauling operations including drivers, routes and dispatch.
• Proven P&L ownership with budgeting, forecasting, EBITDA, margins and costs.
• Track record improving route efficiency, labor productivity and customer service.
• Experience leading operations with daily scheduling and asset utilization.

Responsabilités

• Lead a high-volume solid waste collection and hauling operation with frontline teams, drivers, dispatch, fleet, routes and daily service execution.
• Own full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth, EBITDA, margin improvement, labor productivity and cost control.
• Optimize route performance, fleet utilization, staffing, asset productivity and customer service levels.
• Lead and develop a large field-based workforce, including managers, supervisors, drivers and operational support.
• Drive safety, compliance and operational performance across commercial vehicle and frontline waste operations.
• Partner with commercial teams to improve customer retention, contract performance, service delivery and organic growth.
