  • Optimize collection routes, preventive maintenance programs, container management, and equipment utilization to ensure maximum efficiency and lowest cost delivery.
Financial & P&L Leadership
  • Full P&L management for operations generating up to $30M+ in annual revenue; review monthly financials and drive strategic adjustments.
  • Develop annual operating budgets, capital requirement plans, growth objectives, and profitability targets (EBITDA, ROA).

People Leadership & Culture
  • Screen, recruit, train, and mentor high-caliber operational talent and succession-ready managers.
  • Maintain positive employee relations, ensuring high standards of professionalism and full compliance with wage/hour laws.
Market Growth & Commercial Strategy
  • Partner with commercial sales teams to identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and expand local contract and acquisition footprints.
  • Oversee customer pricing guidelines, contract negotiations, and community involvement to elevate the company brand locally.
