Firehouse Subs is seeking a General Manager to drive profitable operations across our restaurants. You will lead a team, uphold service standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while living the Firehouse Subs culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience.
• Able to hire, train and motivate a high-performance team.
• Understand and manage food and labor costs.
• Understand a Profit and Loss Statement and operate restaurant at maximum profitability.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Possess (or willing to obtain) a ServSafe certificate.
• Top-notch customer service and leadership skills.
• Open availability - weekends and nights as required; on-call as needed.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant complies with local, state and federal regulations (health, wage, age, ADA, OSHA).
• Enforce Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership to consistently meet guest service, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Drive profitability by managing food cost, labor, utilities and sales growth.
• Coordinate and implement current operations game plans and company initiatives.
• Staff the restaurant with qualified personnel and develop their skills.
• Develop and mentor the Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.
• Participate in local restaurant marketing within the trade area.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and uphold the brand in the community.
