• Significant leadership experience in a residential home services business (HVAC/plumbing/electrical).
• Proven experience managing a multimillion-dollar operation with full P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue while maintaining profitability.
• Strong understanding of service operations, installation, sales performance, and field productivity.
• Experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Ability to lead managers, hold teams accountable, and drive organizational change.
• Leadership style that balances business results with people and culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profitability for the Tucson operation.
• Take full ownership of the location's P&L, budgets, and financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase market share, efficiency, and customer retention.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive accountability and results.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop long-term growth strategies.
