• 5–7+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or property services with senior leadership
• Proven ownership of a P&L or business unit budget
• Experience overseeing restoration/mitigation and construction operations

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for the market — revenue, gross margin, COGS, overhead, and NOI.
• Oversee mitigation, reconstruction, and contents operations to SERVPRO and IICRC standards.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of managers and crews.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and claims teams to align capacity with pipeline and commitments.
