SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea/Mason City is hiring a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This frontline role drives operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scoping, estimating, scheduling, and coordinating resources while maintaining strong communication with customers and insurers. A background in restoration and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• At least 1 year of management/supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of restoration industry experience.
• IICRC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate scope of work and prepare estimates.
• Negotiate project scope and approvals with clients.
• Schedule and oversee crews, including subcontractors.
• Review site documentation to ensure billing and client requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurers.
• Manage production expenses and equipment.
