Job summary

SERVPRO Team Shaw in Texas is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee reconstruction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, adherence to scope and budget, and the highest quality and customer service standards.

You will provide supervision and coaching to Project Managers and Reconstruction Managers, manage schedules, costs, and change orders, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple active projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in construction or reconstruction project management.
• 2+ years in an operations, senior project management, or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and contract administration.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financials, job costs, and project performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all active reconstruction projects to ensure compliance with approved scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and accountability for Project Managers and Reconstruction Managers.
• Ensure every project is managed with a detailed, approved project schedule and monitored for adherence.
• Monitor project progress, resolve escalated issues, and remove obstacles impacting production.
• Conduct periodic site visits and quality audits to verify workmanship and documentation standards.
• Review estimates, invoices, and job cost reports for accuracy and completeness.

Education
