Job summary

Edina Country Club seeks a General Manager to translate Board strategy into daily leadership, aligning departments to deliver exceptional member experiences. The GM will strengthen financial accountability, guide master and capital planning, and build a high‑performing leadership team within a family‑oriented private club setting.

The role requires strategic thinking, collaborative execution, and a commitment to service excellence across golf, food & beverage, and member programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, hospitality, club management, or finance.
• Progressive leadership experience in private clubs or hospitality.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and professional development for senior leadership.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and capital plans with robust financial controls.
• Serve as primary liaison between Board and Club management; report on operations and capital initiatives.
• Protect and strengthen Edina Country Club’s culture and member experience.
• Lead capital projects and master planning initiatives with cross‑department collaboration.
• Ensure consistent service quality across golf, F&B, racquets, and facilities.
