Job summary

Invited is seeking a General Manager to lead club operations, strategy, and member growth. You will guide department heads, drive financial targets, and build a high-performance team focused on service excellence and compliance. This role reports to the regional organization and requires strong leadership and hospitality experience.

The position emphasizes strategic planning, performance analysis, and delivering exceptional member experiences across multiple clubs within the Invited portfolio.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in club management, hospitality, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience managing budgets and making sound expense allocation decisions to impact profitability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and spreadsheet software."

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business and financial strategy plans for the club.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure revenue targets across all areas.
• Lead department heads on operational matters and staff development.
• Recruit, select, train, and evaluate department heads and staff.
• Implement sales, marketing, and net revenue strategies.
• Maintain expense controls and GAAP compliance.
• Foster member relationships and maintain high-quality facilities.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment focused on member satisfaction.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
