Job summary

Concert Golf Partners is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the club, including staff, members, guests, and operations, with a strong focus on revenue generation and service quality. Key duties include budgeting, policy development, asset care, and coordinating departments to meet financial goals while maintaining high standards for food, beverage, and recreation.

Required: Bachelor’s degree, PGA/CMAA membership preferred; proven leadership in club management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.
• Maintains membership with the PGA, CMAA and/or other professional associations.
• Knowledge of current federal, state, and local laws and regulations affecting club management.
• Experience as a Clubhouse Manager or Assistant General Manager preferred.
• Proven track record in revenue and profit increases.
• Excellent listening and communication skills; ability to relate to diverse members.
• Ability to hire, train, motivate, discipline and terminate staff.
• Strong administrative and executive capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and administer operating policies and programs.
• Ensure Club policies are adhered to and staff are accountable.
• Interact professionally with staff, vendors, and community.
• Develop long-range business and financial plans.
• Coordinate budgets and review financial statements.
• Oversee assets and facilities; manage Cap-ex projects.
• Manage marketing and membership relations programs.
• Hire, train, schedule, supervise and direct staff.
• Maintain dialogue with new and existing members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
