Confidential Savannah-based company seeks a General Manager for Residential Home Services. The role owns the P&L, leads the leadership team, and drives the brand in a fast-growing Southeast market.

The GM will implement the platform playbooks, set operating standards, and grow a business that customers already love. Experience leading hard-working teams in any industry is valued, with potential for an Assistant GM track for strong candidates.

Qualifications

• Must own P&L or run an operation with results
• Leadership of frontline teams—crews, technicians, or operators
• Self-directed operator who finds and implements solutions
• Financial fluency: read and fix the P&L gaps
• Bias to action with ownership mentality
• Based in or willing to relocate to Savannah area

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L, including revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and growth targets.
• Oversee service and install model metrics: call booking, dispatch efficiency, technician productivity, ticket size, close rate, callbacks, and membership growth.
• Lead service and install managers, dispatchers, CSRs, and field technicians: hiring, coaching, and holding high standards.
• Recruit, retain, and structure pay for technicians in a coastal labor market.
• Deploy and enforce platform SOPs, ensuring adoption rather than assumption.
• Manage licensing, permitting, safety, and fleet across the service area.
• Forecast, budget, and conduct performance reviews with platform leadership.
