Five Iron Golf NYC LLC is seeking a General Manager of Performance to lead golf operations at our New York location. You will oversee staff, ensure premium guest experiences, and drive revenue through memberships, lessons, leagues, and events.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-selling, and community engagement, with responsibility for P&L and service standards. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and bonus opportunities.

Competenze

• 5+ years in hospitality, hotel, golf course/club, or sports management preferred.
• Strong leadership and example-setting abilities.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Hire, train, and manage golf staff across shifts.
• Oversee location P&L for golf and retail offerings; meet revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Instruction Director on coaches’ availability and performance.
• Maintain service standards and actively evaluate staff performance.
• Engage with the community to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive check-ins and issue resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions to cross-sell.
