Five Iron Golf Indianapolis LLC is seeking a General Manager of Performance to oversee all golf operations at our Indianapolis venue. You will lead a guest‑centric team, drive revenue across memberships, lessons, leagues, retail, and food & beverage, and ensure premier service standards.

The role requires strategic leadership, P&L ownership, and collaboration with the National Director of Golf to deliver exceptional experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and train morning and afternoon golf staff, including Assistant General Manager of Performance.
• Manage P&L of the location for golf-specific & retail offerings; achieve quarterly revenue targets.
• Liaise with Director of Instruction to manage coaches' availability and performance to meet revenue goals.
• Set and manage above‑and‑beyond service standards for all golf staff.
• Actively evaluate staff performance to ensure day‑to‑day business needs are met.
• Build relationships within the community, foster loyalty, and encourage repeat business.
• Ensure guests’ enjoyment by checking in with guests during bookings and addressing concerns.
• Proficiency in golf simulator technology; maintain quality control of simulators.
• Maintain inventory and knowledge of products and services, including lessons, leagues, memberships, beverages and food.
• Build the membership community through events and local partnerships.
