Five Iron Golf Louisville is seeking a General Manager of Performance to oversee golf operations, drive revenue through memberships, lessons, leagues, and retail, and lead staff across shifts. The GM will ensure guest satisfaction, manage P&L, and maintain simulator tech and equipment.

The role demands strong leadership, hospitality experience, and a track record of exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Full-time, exempt position with benefits in Louisville, KY.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality, golf club/sports management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and ability to lead by example
• Exemplary communication, time management and organizational skills
• Interpersonal skills to build guest relationships
• Familiarity with swing analysis and launch monitor tech
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage golf staff across shifts
• Manage P&L for golf-specific and retail offerings; hit revenue targets
• Coordinate with coaches for lesson and fitting revenue goals
• Maintain service standards and monitor staff performance
• Engage with community and drive guest loyalty
• Sell and cross-sell products and services to members and guests
• Ensure simulators and equipment are maintained and inventory is updated
• Maintain knowledge of all products, services, and promotions
