Job summary

Five Iron Golf is seeking a General Manager, Performance / Coach to lead golf operations at the venue and drive performance revenue while continuing to coach in lessons and club fittings.

You will hire and coach staff, manage P&L for golf offerings, and work with Instruction leadership to achieve lesson and fitting goals. Build membership and deliver coaching excellence across all programs.

Qualifications

• Golf leadership experience in hospitality or club environments.
• Ability to manage P&L for golf-related offerings and meet revenue targets.
• Experience coaching or teaching golf to varied skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop golf staff including Head Golf Attendant.
• Manage golf-specific and retail P&L and hit quarterly targets.
• Lead day-to-day golf operations and set service standards.
• Partner with Director of Instruction to manage coach availability and revenue goals.
• Grow membership through events, leagues and local golf relationships.
• Deliver high-quality instruction and club fittings to students.
