Levy, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a General Manager of Concessions at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. You will lead the concessions program, drive operational excellence, and ensure premier guest experiences across multiple venues.

The role requires strategic oversight of labor, inventory, and compliance while delivering strong financial results. The position emphasizes team leadership, event execution, and cross-functional collaboration with culinary and operations teams to elevate service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of food & beverage or concessions management experience.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-outlet operations.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory, and financial reporting tools.
• Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe).
• Experience with labor planning and cost control strategies.

Job Summary

Take the lead in delivering best-in-class concessions experiences at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
