Levy Restaurants at Gainbridge Fieldhouse seeks a General Manager of Concessions to lead, orchestrate, and optimize all concessions operations in a fast-paced venue. You’ll drive labor planning, training, and financial performance, while ensuring top-tier service and compliance with safety standards across multiple outlets.

Job Summary

Take the lead in delivering best‑in‑class concessions experiences at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. As General Manager of Concessions, you will drive operational excellence, oversee large‑scale event execution, and elevate service standards across all concession locations. You will play a critical role in shaping the guest experience while achieving financial and operational goals in a dynamic, high‑volume environment.
