Levy is seeking a General Manager of Concessions at Gainbridge Fieldhouse to lead all concessions operations and drive exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume environment.

You will oversee staffing, training, and cost control while ensuring food safety standards and compliance across venues, with a focus on delivering top-tier service and achieving financial goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in food & beverage or concessions leadership.

• Proficiency with POS systems, inventory tracking, and financial reporting.

Job Summary

Take the lead in delivering best-in-class concessions experiences at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. As General Manager of Concessions, you will drive operational excellence, oversee large-scale event execution, and elevate service standards across all concession locations. You will play a critical role in shaping the guest experience while achieving financial and operational goals in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
