Job summary

Fall Creek seeks a General Manager for the US & Canada to lead regional growth and performance from Lowell, Oregon. You will steer commercial, operational, and financial results, shaping long-term strategy and organizational effectiveness across the region.

You will build a high-performing leadership team, drive market expansion, and strengthen customer partnerships while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. This role requires extensive travel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience leading a business unit, region, or P&L with growth and profitability responsibility.
• Strong strategic, commercial, operational, and financial acumen.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional business strategy, aligning marketing opportunities, operational capabilities, and investments with Fall Creek's global objectives.
• Drive profitable growth by expanding market share and strengthening customer partnerships.
• Serve as the voice of the North American market, influencing global strategy and product development.
• Lead commercial, operational, production, supply chain, logistics, and people functions across the U.S. and Canada.
• Develop and manage annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and capital investments; monitor performance metrics.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by optimizing resources and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team with accountability and customer focus.
• Develop organizational capabilities, succession plans, and talent strategies.
