Job summary

Fall Creek is seeking a Human Resources Manager for US/Canada, based in Lowell, Oregon. You will provide hands-on HR leadership across the US/Canada region, partnering with leaders to support people and business priorities.

This role strengthens culture, develops people, and supports Fall Creek's growth by delivering strategic HR initiatives, employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in multi-site or commercial business
• Minimum 2+ years in a managerial role
• Experience supporting a turnaround, growth, or transformation environment
• Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations
• Ability to partner with sales and business leaders
• Strong employee relations and coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner to leaders and employees across US/Canada.
• Provide strategic and hands-on HR support.
• Support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent needs across US/Canada.
• Lead and support talent acquisition efforts.
• Guide employee relations and ensure compliant HR practices.
• Support performance management and employee development.
• Drive succession planning and talent initiatives.
• Assist organizational change and communication across the business.
• Translate global HR strategies to US/Canada needs.
• Collaborate on compensation, benefits, HR operations, and compliance.
• Use HR data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Balance strategic partnership with hands-on support in a fast-paced environment.
