Richelieu Hardware Ltd is seeking a General Manager to assume full operational responsibility for our US region, including Boston, MA; Portland, ME; Rocky Hill, CT, and surrounding areas. You will lead branch and sales managers, driving growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction within a dynamic North American specialty hardware network.

• Related experience in industrial or building materials distribution
• Leadership of outside sales and operations teams
• Commercial or sales-driven mindset with leadership in sales
• Deep knowledge of complete branch office operations including P&L
• Empathetic leader with high emotional intelligence
• Excellent communication across levels, suppliers, and customers
• KPI-oriented, well organized with strong communication skills

• Drive growth of regional sales through existing relationships and new business
• Own strategic growth of customer accounts
• Support Branch Managers to process orders, shipping, and receiving efficiently
• Maintain accountability for regional P&L and overall profitability
• Ensure effective communication across personnel involved in customer service and logistics
• Oversee logistics-related operations to meet EH&S and regulatory requirements
• Advise managers on recruitment and team development to meet company goals
• Establish and execute strategies to improve processes and efficiency
• Maintain daily KPI awareness for sales and operations performance
• Lead by example to foster a positive, high-performance culture
